Reception desk

All the new guests are greeted on arrival day by Yannis & family . Reception is open 12 hours .The owners live at the end of the building , so you can contact them 24/7 if you have any problems or queries. Whatever you may need , you can also ask at the bar, where you get your first complimentary drink to help you relax after a long trip. Books, leaflets, public telephone, First Aid kit, are available on the reception. Villa Anna family & stuff & are always happy to help you anytime during your stay.

Rooms

The RFID cardkey opens to a spacious studio. All rooms have twin beds(some double), private bathroom (renovated) with hair dryer, kitchenette & a fridge. Phone,LED satellite TV,a toaster and a coffee pot is available in every room as well as all the needed cutlery and crockery. High efficiency Air-Condition* units are installed in every room and can be controlled manually. Safe deposits* are also available in every room and you can ask for unlocking details at the reception or at the bar.

Internet

You can get WiFi signal everywhere in the hotel and is free of charge . There is also a laptop for free public use

Parking

The parking area in the hotel is free but limited. There is plenty of free parking space though next door.

Maid Service

Our maid keeps your rooms spotlessly clean, checking all of the apartments daily .If you need extra cleaning you can contact the reception. Towels and sheets change frequently during the week. If you need extra towels/linen you can contact the reception. Baby

cot/seat is available upon request. Administration & staff take every effort to ensure the cleanliness of your apartment is maintained. Cleaning products can be supplied on demand . The rooms have ample towels but not for poolside or beach use.

Swimming pool

Our outdoor swimming pool is open daily and all guests can use it throughout the day but should comply with general health & safety rules. It is cleaned daily and open in the daytime only. Plenty of sun lounges & umbrellas are available for all our

guests. Around the pool there are grass areas with chairs & trees. Food & drinks are allowed only from the Pool Bar due to tax reasons.

Poolside Bar

At the Pool Bar drinks, snacks & meals in low affordable prices are served most of

the day & night. Try our Greek Lager, our famous Samos wines or our special cocktails. Breakfast is paid extra depending your booking and it is made to order. It is also available for delivery in your room upon request. We produce our own virgin olive oil & eggs, vegetables come straight from our garden.All our food & snacks are freshly made. It has flexible working hours depending on season & every weeks' guests . Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners

Games- Entertainment

For your entertainment we have available a Pool table, Darts, Board games.

Occasionally competitions takes place depending on demand with some drinks as a prize .

On BBQ nights you will have the opportunity to taste lots of fresh meat cooked on charcoal along with some delicious salads & vegetables and join our after dinner party.

On our Greek night you can experience some delicious family cooking and feel the greek vibes of dancing.
